For SMS communications, we comply with:

• TCPA: Telephone Consumer Protection Act requirements
• 10DLC: The Campaign Registry brand and campaign vetting
• Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon requirements

5. Data Sharing and Mobile Opt-In Data

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only to provide Kukla SMS services and compliance support.

• ETA/arrival window notifications
• Delivery confirmations

7. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will process your opt-out within 4 hours as required by TCPA. After opt-out, you will receive no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

8. Data Retention

We retain consent records and message logs as required by law. Phone numbers are removed from active lists within 30 days of opt-out.
